Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about the Grande Prairie Aquarians Summer Swim Club and our need for financial assistance to operate the 2023 summer swim season .
Incorporated as a registered Alberta society in 1994, the Aquarians is a parent-led volunteer-run organization dedicated to the development of youth swimming through competition for athletes aged six and older.
Our objective is to be fiscally responsible yet affordable and attainable for all families , as such we rely heavily on fundraising initiatives , sponsorship and donations to operate.
2023 Sponsorship Opportunities
Swimmer of the Week (Approx Value $150)
- Sponsor 1 swimmer per week for 14 weeks with a coupon for a blizzard treat or something similar.
- Highlighted in posts recognizing the "Swimmer of the Week" every week, with a pic of the swimmer, tagging your social media handles, displaying your logo on the picture and a heartfelt message.
Deck Sponsor $500
- Shoutouts and recognition on the Aquarians social media account.
- Recognition of sponsorship on Aquarians website - Business name displayed
Team Sponsor $1000
- Shoutouts and recognition on the Aquarians social media account.
- Recognition of sponsorship on Aquarians website - Business logo displayed
Swim Meet Sponsor $2500
- Shoutouts and recognition on the Aquarians social media account.

- Sandwich board or banner advertising during swim meet
- Promotional announcements throughout the swim meet
The Aquarians are happy to receive any monetary donations or gifts in kind that could be repurposed for raffles and prizes.
